This is a 30-minute session where you tell me about a memory or belief that is bothering you or blocking you from feeling free and happy. We do a brainspotting exercise to let your nervous system locate the memory for you, have the natural physiological reactions to it, process it out, and let is pass, so you can be more-regulated and calm and not be held back by this memory any longer. Please keep in mind it may take more than one session depending on your openness, so please don't feel bad about scheduling with me again for the same memory; that is normal. We might even find a trauma memory or hurtful belief that your conscious mind has forgotten about, and process that out, as well. It doesn't always have to be something you're fully aware of.

This is a great way to see what your nervous system has tucked away that might be hurting you mentally, emotionally or even physically. We find where the memory is located in your brain and let your nervous system feel through it until it dissipates. This is the cleanse.
